The Yellow House is made up of two identical properties each offering an open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and spacious living area, 1 bathroom ensuite to family room, 2 large double bedrooms and an entertainment room which can also be used as a bedroom. There is a wetroom on each floor. There are balconies to the rear on each floor facing south-west and have the sun from 10 am until sunset.

Outside there is a spacious garden with a 10m x 6m swimming pool, large outdoor kitchen/barbeque and 8x4 metre sun canopy over the large pool terrace.

Burgas can be reached in 10 minutes by car and te nearest beach is 10 minutes by car. There is plentiful walking in the area surrounding the property. The resorts of Nessebar and Sunny Beach are less than 20 minutes by car.

The Yellow House is situated in a village just outside Burgas above the international airport. For those wishing to feel part of traditional Bulgarian village life whilst living in a fully equipped modern property and within easy reach of almost any desired pastime or activity, then this may be the holiday property for you.

Sailing days on 10 metre yacht, Sailboards, Kite surfer and mountain bikes are available for a small extra charge
