Fuel is now a signicant cost and mileage will be charged at 0.20lv/km from our base in Burgas where and when appropriate

We can meet tenants on arrival and provide initial transport. Car hire can be arranged at additional cost.

Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.

Ventilate the property.
All areas of property checked..
Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial treatment.
Check of lighting, plumbing, damp, electrical check, boiler check.
Advise on repairs and treatments. Additional cost if authorised to proceed
Ensure all appliances are in working order. Additional cost if repairs required.
Pre season cleaning
Paying utility bills at client cost.
Administration of delivered mail.

Gardens maintained. Additional charge according to requirements.

Arrange property insurance (including Public Liability insurance). Additional cost The property must be insured against all risks such as burglary, earthquake, flood and fire, we arrange and renew such insurance.

Additional charges will be invoiced on a monthly basis, accompanied by a detailed statement.

Property Maintenance and Cleaning

Charged by service

Bulgaria Town & Country Property Management offers this service to owners of properties requiring maintenance of their gardens, swimming pools so that they are clean and in a proper state in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation. Maintenance is extremely important for holiday properties which are offered for rent.

BTC staff of gardeners and cleaners will maintain garden according the service schedule agreed, Swimming pools can be maintained and charges vary according to size and pool equipment involved

The annual charge is calculated according to the services required and schedule agreed.. This charge is to be paid in advance upon signing contract. Any services used outwith the agreed schedule will be additionally charged at the standard rate for that service.

BTC Property Management. will pay the bills for electricity water and minor repair works and will be reimbursed by the property owner.

Cleaning charges

BTC Property Management has a conscientious cleaning staff to perform the following services

Cleaning and washing of towels and linen. The charge is defined by the property accommodation. The minimum is 10 euros. Prices for large properties are a subject of further negotiation.

Cleaning of furniture and carpets 10 EUR per hour.

Cleaning of tiles and accessories in the bathroom. Should be performed regularly, especially for properties that are used often. 4 EUR per hour.

Cleaning of windows. 4 EUR per hour.

Our team has its own transport and if the property is in the area that we cover, we can offer this service to you without any further charges.

For properties situated outside the cities/resorts where our offices are located, we charge additionally 0,20 EUR/km to cover transport costs.
