Bulgaria Town & Country Ltd (BTC) is a Bulgarian group based in Burgas with a UK office in Manchester. Bulgaria Town & Country provides property sales, rental, management  and leisure services in the south Black Sea coastal area from St Vlas to the Turkish Border.

The company has a unique combination of staff drawing from practical experience over 20 years in property rental and sales, property management and leisure services.

The property and leisure divisions are closely linked in that many of Bulgaria Town & Country clients who engage the company to renovate or build property near Bourgas continue to use Bulgaria Town & Country services to provide support for the properties and ensure that when the properties are let for holiday purposes that the all needs of the holiday makers are satisfied. This involves resolving any problems and providing advice, travel and leisure activity itineraries, reservations and transport to ensure a pleasant stay in this historical, interesting and diverse area of Bulgaria.

Bulgaria Town & Country is building bespoke properties in Izvorishte, near Burgas, in Chervenka at the opposite side of the small bay north of Sozopol and on the south side of Sozopol.

All of these projects benefit from close support and supervision of Bulgaria Town & Country staff as at any one time there is a limit to the number of full scale projects which will be undertaken on a simultaneous basis.
